95% of our parcels are delivered within these time frames. The production times are shown for stocked apparel items. Occasionally, some items are not kept in stock at the manufacturer and this may incur a longer production time.

The percentages displayed in the table are the percentage of orders at that specific stage/number of days in production. Date ranges for the data are trailing 2-weeks.

Production delays may occur from time to time during this holiday season. Keep informed about the specific products that are receiving some potential production delays. 

Below is the list of specified products that we anticipate having production delays. Production times may vary slightly for these products.

Shipping Timeframes

Nerd Riot is working daily with our shipping providers to continuously monitor timelines and optimize as best as possible. Shipping times can vary for both products and variants. Variances in shipping times can occur due to the following scenarios:

  • Increase in overall shipping times during the holiday peak season.
  • International orders with limited tracking as they go through customs and being shipped by sea/air.
  • USPS orders requiring extra days during sorting.

Shipping Transit Times

For orders that are in transit for less than the stated timeframes, our shipping partners will not be able to provide any update regarding status. If you have orders in transit for longer than the timeframes listed below, please contact our support team at Nerd Riot.

Shipping delays may occur during the holiday season due to the Covid-related staffing and route shortages for the major shipping carriers. We recommend you to keep up-to-date with the latest news from the major carriers to understand any shipping and delay expectations.

Further Shipping News

  • UPS is capping deliveries and the number of packages that they are processing daily. UPS temporarily restricting some packages from being processed may lead to shipping delays. 
  • Many carriers are choosing to do less frequent update scans during shipment in order to speed up the overall shipping process.
  • DHL has partnered with the USPS in order to assist in fulfilling deliveries. Occasionally the handoff stage does not get tracked and it can appear that a package is stuck in a single location. Usually this is not the case, but rather as previously mentioned the scanning was skipped.

Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country.
